• Uploading an icon that is purely a screenshot fitted for a specific model, skin or spell in any of their respective sections is not permitted. You must "Edit" the bundles of the corresponding resource and add the icon there.

As stated by our new but not that new Icon Submission Rules, screenshot icon fitted for specific model should be uploaded along with their main corresponding resource in bundles. Although significantly improved with edits, it is simply not free-handed enough to be approved. I will restrict your other new uploads and put this one in substandard for an exception, you may also contact the Admin if you have any question.
