Heroes of the Storm Overwatch Ana by Blizzard Entertainment.
This pack includes:
- Ana
- Shrike Ana (alternate Overwatch)
- Viper Ana (G.I.Joe's Baroness inspired)
Almost all of Ana's animations involve shooting, so if you feel like you want to cut down on the excessive shooting animations you can if you want.
The one with the Dart Gun I think is supposed to go with the Nano Boost Ultimate, but I can't be sure of that. Ana's animations are so vanilla/pedestrian it's hard to figure out what animation went with what.
I realized after I posted this that I didn't delete the unused Translation or Scaling information. If that proves an issue I'll go back and fix it, but if not it is what it is.

Well those are from Overwatch and the skin layouts between HotS and Overwatch are different. That would require porting the Overwatch model in most cases.
On top of that the way the Overwatch team does their skins is different from the HotS/SC2 team (already figured out all this stuff when I was messing with Black Cat D.Va which is an Overwatch model).
Personally I have a ported Mercy on my HDD mostly ready to go except for the fact that I don't have any decent animation set for her.

I think i'll go in my plan B, photoshop the default skin to brown/khaki color
