@Darkfang I am not sure how big the white background on the Red Cross is, I believe the definition goes like "red cross made out of four equal squares on a white background" without any specification for the white background, which means pretty much any size.
You should probably change it to a different colour to avoid any problems. I would not suggest making it grey either.
you could just change the cross color as I am not entirely sure what colour would be appropriate for background. Light blue / Teal ? Light green ? Idk.
If I was a mod, I would reject it until changes are made to avoid any legal trouble.

Otherwise, looks good, looks standard. I like it.
