Simple, useful for a massing unit model. Not much to say here, however:
-Adding a skeleton would be nice
-Adding attachment points would also be nice.
However, both of these are just preferable, I'll approve this but please make these changes.

This model looks more like a zergling to me. Because the other one had the fellhound Mana Suking Tentacals. A normal zergling dosen't have.

Quite nice, quite nice. Could be done a bit better, like the attachies and stuff. But hey what next? Undead bunny monster? xD

I'm pretty sure you don't care much, but a hormagaunt has 3 sets of arms/legs.
Has back 2, small middle ones, and it's sything claws. Also, make a termagant model. (same thing, just with an attatched bio-plasma gun instead of sything blades)

This loos a bit like a tyrant unit, but nice job.

It doesn't look like Hormagaunt. It looks more like dino. But, in fact, early concept of Tyranids was more dino-like, so.
