Exceptions:
Sometimes, a texture's usefulness may outweigh the fact that the skin is a recolor/copy-paste work. In this case,
moderators will note that the texture doesn't fully adhere to the rules, but is approved due to it's usefulness/demand.

So far "Heinvers" and "The Legion" did nothing to approve it's usefulness nor demand that this could be approved. They just came and commented to remind a fact: that this is a recolor/simple. The usefulness of those comments is equal to zero.

They were expressing their opinion dude don't take this personally. You sound like you wanna start a debate or something. Keep it cool and yeah, this is just a re-color. I don't think this would get approved unless the uploader would make major changes.

This would get approved by the exception of usefulness/demand. So far no-one (besides me) really cares for the usefulness nor demands it. Hypocrisy isn't it?

Message for the uploader: If you get an unfair or wrong moderation then please contact the staff in the staff forums. They will see-through your uploaded resource step-by-step and decide weather it is useful or needs more work.

Recoloring it teal and white-gray doent make it highelven, sadly. Additionally those 2 doesnt mix well together making it seem like entirely grey (as seen at screenshot).
Notice the 'blood-drop' on his loincloth, pre-fall elves wouldnt sport post-fall insignia so begin altering there.
Additionally you can fiddle around with the mask a bit and alter appearance of the shield so its not a 1:1 re-color.

Yeah, this had been said sometimes here, it's a good skin, but it's too simple, I recommend you to add some details in the mask, change the hair to a light yellow tone (reaaally light, almost white), put some details in the shield, and that's it.
But anyway, since it's good, but it's just a recolor, I'll give you 3/5 for now

I always felt the gold rim around the original Blood Elf Spell Breaker skin felt flat and fake. I always wondered what Blizzard would call High Elf Spell Breakers?
