CnP, and a poorly done one. that is evident in the face area around the edge.
EDIT: ah yes, and the boot looks like a freakin' collage

I'd mark it as Rejected in my book

srsly dude, the rules clearly state that CnP, recolor and filters have to be kept at a minumum od 15% while the skin needs to be at least 75% freehanded
