1. Choose Difficulty
...Player 1 (Red) will choose the difficulty for the game.


The Ruins of Dark

The Dark Tower
- Difficulty has 10 Waves.
- Heroes have a maximum level of 15.
- Each level of hero will receive 1 Lumber point to learn skills at Talent Stone.
- Transfer equipment to the Magic Vault to make better equipment.
- Start Wave 5 will appear Boss.
- Start Wave 7 will appear Mini Boss.
- Oasis Island events begin after Wave 4 is completed.
- Berserk Elemental events begin after Wave 7 is completed.
- PVP mode will be opened upon completion of the game.
- Difficulty has 15 Waves.
- The enemy will stronger than The Ruins of Dark.
- Heroes have a maximum level of 15.
- Each level of hero will receive 1 Lumber point to learn skills at Talent Stone.
- Transfer equipment to the Magic Vault to make better equipment.
- Start Wave 5 will appear Boss.
- Start Wave 6 will appear Mini Boss.

2. Character Selection
...Choose for yourself 1 of 10 classes to start.

The game includes 2 special events ( 3 for Breaking the Dark), each one with a different reward.

Berserk Elemental- The goal is to dodge the water jets and survive to the end.
- Stage 5 you will face the BOSS.

Arena PVP- With teammates defeat enemies in the Arena.After Wave 10 and after each Dark wave.

- Pressing the (~) and (F8) key: Open Inventory Character.

- Pressing the (ESC): Open your Warehouse.

- Find the required materials and put them all in your Magic Vault to craft them into equipment.

Demo Video Gameplay

* Version 2.2 (23/08/2021)
- Mainly bug fixes and balance everything.
- Remove Master Spellbook item to join Arena PVP.
- Changed system event Arena PVP will start after each Dark wave.

* Version 3.0 (01/09/2021)
- Add new difficulty <The Dark Tower - Expert> with 25 wave.
- Open 20 level cap with new difficulty.
- Change and increase stats when leveling up.
- Added +3 equipment upgrade to shield equipment.
- Open more material collection area after Event Arena PVP.
- And fix some bugs.

* Version 3.1 (05/09/2021)
- Your Magic Vault can now buy materials and craft them yourself.
- Allocation of starting gold according to the number of players.
- Give each player the same amount of lumber and food as the difficulty levels.

* Version 3.3 (02/01/2022)
- Support Solo players.

An issue with the start is that you can't choose when to and if you're a new player you don't have enough time to read about stuff. The Medusa should automatically drop things that she can't use, for example Seafood. You should add the locust ability...

  • An issue with the start is that you can't choose when to and if you're a new player you don't have enough time to read about stuff.
  • The Medusa should automatically drop things that she can't use, for example Seafood.
  • You should add the locust ability to the inventory/backpack and to the skill units so their selection circle won't appear.
  • Malfiurion is in the fog of war as opposed to other NPCs/shops which are always visible when there's no hero near.
  • The Food description should say how it can actually be increased. Same with lumber.
  • In late game bones and seafood don't drop anymore so the Boneyards become useless. Also, if you don't upgrade the Medusa and instead sell the Seafood, you won't be able to upgrade her later.
  • The enemies that come from the south appear out of nowhere while the ones from the east and west at least have a rift.
  • The ESC warehouse option should not be activated during the intro but after you choose a hero.
  • Funny, the Crusader is mounted on a horse but is slower than heroes on foot.
  • Blessed Hammer and Leap share the same icon. You could make things more differentiated with custom material.
A neat hybrid defense map.

  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.
