shiiK: I'm sorry to say this, but it's still too blurry. The details on the straps covering his chest are blurry and unsteady, making it look less stylish. There are still some anatomical glitches on his arms. Tweak it around to make it look as close to a human arm as you can - avoid stretching, because strongly defined muscles that stretch look bad.

shiiK: It's still very blurry. You're still struggling with the anatomy. Some of the blue parts contrast too much, try using a subtler (less saturated) blue if you must use blue. The bands across his chest work fine colouring-wise, though. His hair is flat, and spotted with red paint? Why?

First of all, I think you really should have a look at some 2D art tutorials, either available here or on other sites. You have a lot of potential, and with the correct guidelines, you'll be on your way to make great skins soon. Then make a crisp clear version of this, work some on the anatomy and colouring as well. Post your skin in the Texturing & Surfacing board for feedback while you work on improving it. Good luck.
shiiK: I see you've altered the colours slightly, and although it looks somewhat better with colours, the blue and red clash a bit and I don't know what you're trying to do, exactly, with the blue colour in the first place. Try to go for a definitive look. It's still too blurry, the anatomy is still off, and it's hardly any different from the original Demon Hunter. It is unacceptable because it breaks the originality rule, and it's otherwise lacking because of the quality. I suggest you read some tutorials in our 2D art section before you update this (again). Another minor update in such short notice will force me to reject this permanently until you have an acceptable result.

DDK...
Yes, this needs some work, but PLEASE dont ever tell anyone they're unacceptable without informing them WHAT is wrong and HOW it can be changed.
Straight-On negativity just scares new modders away, and we dont want that.

This skin is actually (In my opinion) relatively good.
But it's too blurry.
Work on the feet, and the red parts on the pants. Maybe add some more destinctive lines on the face and chest.
Apart from that, i think this is good. I really like the face even though it looks weird.
'works in it's own way. :)

I wont rate yet, as some parts really are unacceptable (we got some tight rules).
So, for now i'l just give you some rep for a useful concept.

Sorry, i was in a hurry.

i looked at the mini preview, and i thought, hey maybe this is going to be awesome. Clearly not. Read some tutorials, and consult the 2D art section before coming here, because this skin is so blurry its making me cry. This wont by any means be approved until a 300% improvement is made.

Wow that is a cool skin!

4/5
You dont need to abuse the colour code like that >.<

It still lacks a lot of decent definition. You need to define what kind of texture it is, is it skin, is it cloth? Looking at it right now i couldn't possibly tell the difference. Every time this is rejected you only make incredibly minimal changes to the skin. Its not making a difference. You need to 1. add some texture 2. define what the hell anything is on the skin, and 3. stop spamming fuzzy doge/burn tool. try actually using a hard edge. It will get rid of most of the blurriness. until then, don't try posting this skin again. Its unacceptable as is and you need to do significant changes.
