Hmm, good idea, but it needs some work: it won't look good when the model turns (too long model), and the cart should be animated, especially when it is moving and the wheels don't move a bit.

The rider doesn't have to be on the horse he could be sitting in the wagon and have a whip.

If you are going to add a rider... sumbit as a new model instead of updating this one.....
