Reminds me of a goblin warrior in World of Warcraft with that armor you can give to your alts if you need to.

could use this so well with my none-tech based Goblin race i have. Good work and will really enjoy it

- You know, Goblin race alway famous for their talent as gadget maker!--> So you can make hidden blade inside that shield, and turn that shield into a shuriken in some special animation.--> Because the animation for now is just too mainstream, add some animation with goblin gadget 'll be good!

I tried to rotate the wheel of the shield actually durim animations but cause of its position I wasn't able to make it.

You knpw Khil, in Mdlvis, when a object is not pointed directly straight forward and you rotate it's bone it goes around weirdly. Is it possible to rotate not only about the axis?

Woah, this is really great. My only issue with it is that the arms goes through the shoulderplate during the Stand Victory animation.

Well, check this one, Pay attention at Attack - 1 and the Extra animation.
- I control the rotate shield using 4 frame from Extra animation
- I use copy (not "copy frame" order) and paste those control frame at any moment in Attack - 1 where i need it rotated!
- BTW you miss attached two vertices of the shield so it'll look weird when you rotate it, i fixed it for you in the model down here:

Y'know, I don't see this anywhere in my particular faction, but I rather like it. Burly Goblins must be hard to find, though. Beautiful shield and tasteful armor, I say.
