M0rbid: Copy and Pasta aswell as the smudge tool and using only 2 minutes for a skin is not enough for it to be approved here. Please add more freehand work to enhance the quality and less CnP, because that is not what is accepted in the Hive's skin section.

Now that looks good... will test it!

Not really, just few thinks like tabard . I manually made it/ alot of color effects, im kinda ''pro in photoshop'' and i spent for it like 2 minutes.

That's a pretty agressive post towards a new guy in the Hive. There is no need to be rude. Even if he crossed any rule, it would be punished by removing his resource or decreasing his reputation. That way he would learn his lesson. We should support, teach and inspire new Hive members, not be rude towards them.

Besides, I am pretty sure WoW resources are allowed since several months. If so, the guy did nothing wrong.

ty for consolidation spasorc, but i don't feel like a ripper or smt. I just cut only tabard and a piece of armor that's all. Rest of smudging tool/color effects/erasing.

I agree Misha's post was a bit strong... But yours is stupid even more so. Taking parts from other games or even the internet, no matter what game or sites they are, and attaching them to a skin and uploading it, is against THW rules, and the item will be rejected 100%.

Only stock photos are allowed to be cnp'd, and then as far as I know in a skin it still has to be 60% freehand or something of the like.

I am perfectly aware of the THW rules about CnP and freehand resources. Every resource that does that should be reworked/edited or gets rejected. That's the price for not following the rules, but... bashing at a new guy?

so, again i cause a stir within the ocean of users

about CnP, there are a few textures here that are such, but they are actually brilliantly fit together. even CnP takes skill and time

and about your texture dude, i could send you to a truckload of tutorials you can easily find in the hive's tutorial section (2D) but my own experience tells me that often they're more confusing if you don't know the essence of texturing.. and for that, it really nothing beats the friendly teachers like i have in my comic book drawing school. let them teach you what internet won't
