What is Hell Hounds ?

#Typically Hero Defance Map(3 player hero trying defence one building(For my map its named ''Gate of Hellskream'')



What is diffirence from another hero defense maps?

#At this point you can upgrade your defensed building ''Gate Hellskream'' (100x hit points 100x defense points all players can upgrade(in common) )
#My map have 50 waves 5 normal boss waves and 3 survival waves (At Survival waves you must defense your ''Gate Hellskream'' up to a certain time period. )
#My map have Suprise attack waves (there is 4 suprise waves and you dont know them coming times)
#My map have +37 more heros(They have special skills) and random hero select.
#İn my map you can train your second hero(but need upgrades for it and its come ''random'')
#My map have hunters and hunter train zones(you can get experince point(shared all heros) you can hunt for exp,gold !
#İn my map you can farm gold and lumber(Gold miner and wisp's) also you can upgrade the gold and lumber gain rate !
#You can add your hero names,skills or new items in my map(*New - Discord page opened)
(For now ; if you want see your name in my map or ideas about ;items,skills,new things just pm me in here or discord page)
# My map have pvp system you can do pvp here. ( like ; PvP zone(you can fight another player heros (like 1 vs 1) and if you win you get prizes ! ! ! )

  1. A lot of units with the same icons (e.g: Soldier Camp).
  2. Some heroes are just normal units? (e.g: Naga Royal Guard).
  3. Don't force players to shut their sound. Play music using the other trigger.
  4. Items need better descriptions: values, duration, etc. Units too (what exactly they do and so on).
  5. Creatures don't arrive all at the same time on the lanes.
  6. Mostly Warcraft III content and no remarkable custom stuff.
  7. Battleship bash is kind of imbalanced but considering the main building can be repaired and they are not mechanical thus you can steal life from them.
  8. Workers are too resistant. You can have a multitude of them repairing all the time and repairing themselves of course for resources.
  9. So, how many ability levels are there? 3? 4? More?
  10. A next wave will start even if the previous one spammed Animate Dead.
  11. On the Revenant: Thunder Clap and Death Coil both have the hotkey C...

How to Add a Screenshot to your Map Description

ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION
  • A credits list in the map thread description is required where the names of the resource (models, skins, icons, spells, sound etc.) authors are mentioned along with the specific resource. It would be a luxury to have links leading to the used resources. Credits in the Quest Log would be appreciated too.
  • A detailed changelog in the first post would be helpful to reviewers and notify fans about the newest implementations to your map.
  • Map thread tags are important. Please use those that fit and not more or none.






EDIT:
-hero ability descriptions are not explicit or they're incomplete. Mantus' for example. Some descriptions don't mention any values or anything at all but the ability name and don't say the max level the spell can reach.
-the same for many items. Learn about writing a proper description/tooltip:

-that music cannot be turned off without turning all sound off. Use the other play music trigger maybe.
-you could make WERT hot keys for abilities for easier and faster use.

Honestly, it's still unpolished and pretty much lacking a good presentation. There are way better maps of this type. I don't see this fit the standard.

  1. You should make a way for the spells to be known before choosing the hero, so you'd know if you'd like that hero. Either when stepping near that hero a text message to appear or by sharing the heroes to all players and they could just look through their ability panel.
  2. Why do some heroes have chaos attack type and others do not, and why some have hero armour and others heavy? How's that balanced? Also, some start with a lot of HP compared to others.
  3. For instance The Dark Ranger doesn't have proper ability descriptions (no values/damage etc. or how many levels the spells have; see these: Tooltip Tutorial and Creating Good Descriptions). The first spell has an icon which looks like it can be autocast but it cannot and it also has the hotkey S which is used by the command Stop.
  4. You don't gain experience if the towers kill the enemy.
It's still too simple and unpolished. Play some defense maps and learn from them.
