HeavyCavalryLancer

It's a human heavy armored cavalry lancer.

Edit : Made the holes in horse legs less visible.Only an object camera aimed under the horse would be able to see it.But I won't change the shield design to something "more epic".That's not what I want for this model and it sounds more like a personal taste request than moderation to me.

MiniMage: I find it approvable in its current stage. So, approved.

Niiiccceee!

Okay aside from the fact that the feet of the rider are missing, what is that HUGE horn on his helmet? It looks kind of weird, may be you should try make it smaller? (try twice as small)

Okay forget that part with the shield (it looks nice in game)

Nice idea - been waiting for such a unit for quite some time!

I really don't want to be the killjoy here, but there are some flaws in the model.

The hold animations are weirdly names. Try to find something that gels better with standard names. Decay animations would be cool too.

The horse has wholes in the front legs. I know you barely see it in-game, but people might want to use it in cinematics. That might be a problem.

Also, the polygon count is pretty high.

The Attack - 2 animation makes no sense. There is no point to swing a lance. Attack - 1 is great. I like the model and the "horn" is actually quite historically accurate. Its actually a visor. The walk animation is a bit funny too with the lance out to the side. It should be tucked in, like a ready position. Riding with a lance out would make for awkward balance. Overall, I like it though. + rep.

The hold animation are unused animation.I put "hold" in front of the sequence name so it doesn't appear in game.

I am guessing he is wearing a great bascinet.

that's the very model i want to see !
and why don't u add the decay bones ? and i think that would be more fitable than the dissapear animations .

and i think u should do a walk animation with low speed and put the lance up to the air .
then add a walk fast animation with high speed and put the lance down to the enemy .

and i suggest the texture of the lance should be using the cryptlord's head .

That was my guess too but as infrenus mentioned there is a 'cyclops' eye below it and it is on the forehead not on the face where it should be so it's more like a horn - it is still nice as such but smaller will be better in my view.

It is possible to swing a lance, specifically if you want an enemy to just be stunned and not possibly kill it.
