It's heavily referenced(Sailor Moon Brooch). It was made as an example for a THW member.
I thought that it may be useful for someone, so i uploaded it.

Uhmmm.. too realistic for my liking, a little less contrast maybe, but I think that's your style, so... I would just say: It needs to be a bit more centered towards the right side.
