Harold the Scarecrow

Due to Scarecrow modz on the Hive and the Scary Stories series being popularized all over the internet, I though I should add something from Scary Stories to tell in the Dark: both from the 2019 film and the hard-covered Scary Stories: Treasury itself, the latter part being Scary Stories 3: More Tales to Chill Your Bones, where the story Harold can be seen.
I have yet to combine all geosets making up "Harold" so he is animated properly, but the hanging Scarecrow is present.
Just be warned: do not mistreat Harold, or he will have his revenge!!

Ado credits to Blizzard for the original meshes and skins, and credits attributed to Alvin Schwartz (and the unknown writer(s) who inspired Harold), and credits Stephen Gammell for the hardcover's illustrations, and credits to the producers of CBS Films Inc. for amazing special effects and retelling of the story.
If there's anyone else who needs credits but I forgot to include, please let me know.

UPDATE:

I have uploaded a new Mod featuring only in-game textures, by General Frank's request. The new image features mine and stein123's Orc Warlord (we're still working on him) walking past this new model of Harold the Scarecrow, out in the Cornfield at night.
For anyone using View in 3D and wondering why this new Harold is wearing a green checkered shirt, it's not really green. I used the Replaceable ID 31 texture (which features the Lordaeron Summer Tree Wall skin) so the Team Color for the Doodad itself appears White, because he wore a white/whitish checkered long-sleeved shirt.
Speaking of
Team Color, I've also included a TC version of Harold the Scarecrow, for gameplay entertainment. Please note that I do not have Reforged and therefore lack the additional Team Colors in one of the images below. To digress, for those who want Harold to wear a green shirt, the TC version is the mod for you.

Update: I've recreated both the Texture and TC versions, so the file size is reduced. Credits ado to General Frank for the help. I also got the entire mod on each Texture Harold to disappear on Decay, as General Frank requested.
Updates are expected.

A very useful, thematic and well made model edit. Works in-game and performs well. Good job.
Please add a version with in game textures to the pack.
I'm sorry to say that I do not posses the necessary program to accomplish this request. I only work with what I have.
Besides, this is two months ago. I'll get the program and stretch skins onto a model, and I will post the requested version.

What accessible program do you recommend?

I'm curious about Orc Warlord. He looks different and cool.
Per stated, the Orc Warlord from the Alpha is still underway. I'm hung up on the Particle Emitter 2, is all.
Unlike the retail Chaos Warlord one, the Alpha version had green skin, a TC shield, and carries a torch in his shield hand.

Awesome, love the custom textured one the most! Just wish the file size on it was a bit smaller.
I use what I got. I do not have the program like GMAX to simply "snip" some polies off main models.
Rest assured, I will eventually come around and rebuild Harold, so his file size is much smaller.
Anyway, enjoy!

I understand that the file size is large. What other "smaller issues" should I fix?

Edit: I found out on Mdlvis that you could actually delete unnecessary meshes, especially collapsed/concealed ones. I'm still learning about programs such as this, but I am currently rebuilding all 3 Harold mods.
Does Mdlvis have a way to make the mesh completely disappear at the end of Decay, or is that another program?

The Sanity Test mentions, "Missing the Origin attachment point." What does that mean?
It literally means what it says. Models have attachment points and it misses one.
However the sanity checker does not know if a model is for a unit, building or doodad/destructible. In your case it is not important.
Do I wish that you get rid of the unneeded animation tracks written in green in sanity checker. You can use magos or notepad to do that.

I'm using the Magos Model Editor right now. Where do I go?

You don't need it for this model as I have said before.
But if you want to add those in the future just play around in the node manager.
I've added an attachment point, but it keeps reading the same error.
What should I do?
Edit: I have successfully got the entire model to completely disappear from the Decay.

Yeah, that's not correct.
Read this:

And also see how it is done on other models.

SUCCESS!! I've done it!
Thanks to you, of course. I've updated both Texture mods. Now all is left is the Original Harold.

Both Magos and View in 3D show that the models disappear in the Decay, like they should.
Where do you see the flaw?
The flaw is that the model disappears at the start of the decay animation.
It should disappear at the end of the decay animation after it sunk into the ground deep enough.
