Thats... pretty dam good! It can be used for many things, a Cyborg, robots, metal-flesh ninja, any kinda evil thing.

please use ingame textures for the blood effect and improve where the different parts of the texture are placed. You don´t need 2 textures for the head+the body................

I do like how you made the attack animation but ... let's face it ... it doesn't really look appealing, doesn't it? You should try to merge the textures.
Other than that, this model is a very fine model edit. 3/5 --> 4/5 if fixed the attack animation.

scary it felt like they were operating on me (bit off topic). Model does look like strogg well i love gunners from killzone, starcraft, halo and even quake 4.

Stroggs? Maybe you should add their vehicles from Enemy territory: Quake wars? Or at least their laser fences and those obelisk-like things.
