Works in-game, performs appropriately and is a good addition to the model section.

The icon looks like it's taken directly from war of the ring. Not a bad idea but it's not very consistent with the other building icons which are more or less screenshots of the model on a black background featuring matching team color (blue for humans, red for orcs etc.)

Behold - the fruit of no small amount of my time.

Most of these are rips that I've edited to fit in with the UI of Warcraft III

- 145 of these are rips I've brushed up in Gimp
- 6 of these I've made from scratch
- ~10-14 of these I had to scrub and re-paint because the original icon was too muddy/grainy

Whether or not I can upload these to the Hive, they'll be in my map - serving their intended function :\

Nearly perfect for my map.

I'd say the look and materials evoke Rohan more than Gondor (yeah, I read the tags, buuut...)

5/5.

Edit: Could work quite well as a stables too, with those archways on the right side. They look enough like stalls.

Ah, wonderful.

Very versatile building, then.

I should probably amend my earlier statement - you're right that the building could just as easily be a Northmen (thinking Eriador, as opposed to Arnorian) or a less urban Gondorian barracks.

I do have a bad habit of thinking that Gondorian = Stone (which isn't all that true outside of Dol Amroth and Minas Tirith).

I'm going to blame the movies for that. Also for giving the Gondorians full plate armour. It looks beautiful, sure, but Tolkien would want to brain them with the omnibus LOTR.

The archs on the right look like stable stalls indeed. Perhaps you could add attachment point in each of those three stalls, so people can freely add one or more special effects with horses models? I'm not so much into modeling, but I read somewhere that it's possible (it was about a stable model, too).
Anyway, this is a very well-made building, I love it. Building models are not so common, and this one is nicely done. It could fit a LOTR map as well as any other universe too. Thanks for you work!
