Goblin Juggernaut by Sunchips

My first uploaded animated unit. A goblin that is a bit different. Instead of using his racial intelligence likes to smash and such crap. Animations and mesh (except head taken from goblin sapper) is entirely made from scratch.

Animation notes: The spell animation resembles a shout gesture so roar spells will fit very well. Attack Slam is thought for critical hits but fits well with other close range abilities.

Cast backswing: 0.75~
Cast point: 0.330~
Attack backswing: 0.5~
Attack damage point: 0.45~
Death time: 0.85~

Edit: Added a little green tint on the face to make it blend better with the body skin.

19:51, 24th Sep 2010 DonDustin: looks great. I will approve it, but I really think you should use an orc texture for the goblins face to fix the color difference between body and head. It would also make your model more unique.

It's not that huge imo and it's not however noticable in game :)

Wow, own animations!
I love it. All animations matches and it just look so awesome.

btw why can't you make so you can use all the armor/weapons you made on him? :D

Thank you :wink: but I don't know if I will release the weapon and armors as separate attachments as it will make this unit look less original

Please add decay anims so it can also be used as a non-hero-unit.

Suggestion for Attack Slam Animation:
Let spawn more particles during the actual swing (for a more complete arc) and stop spawning after the 'hit'.

If you don't want to upload an unarmored version, am I allowed to remove the weapon on my own and still use it?

Thx for all the constructive critics as stated this is the first uploaded animated unit that I have made so I migth have rushed some things but I will try to polish this one up the following days!

Cba making decay animations to this one sorry :/ might change the particle emitter but you can change it if you like and also you can remove the armor as long as you credit me for the model :grin:
