Erm... @Xaran: why didn't you post it yourself? I mean, it's your model! :p
Is this different to the submarines used in the Battleships-maps?

A real nice model, but how do you cange between the alternative forms?
I tried it over Morph (like the MK) and with dive (from the Naga).
I found a solution in the end, but without using alternative forms of that model.

This model has been used for the last 5 versions of Battleships and all of the Crossfire versions (As far as I know) so it's quite old... You sure you made it?

I've been a WC3 modder since nearly the beginning and this was one of my first models Mesiah so yes I'm sure I made it ;)

As for not posting it myself.. well I didn't have the model handy and Kam asked if he could post it so I thought 'Why not?'

And thanks to all :)

Then nicely made, man. 5/5. I just got suspicious because it was posted now, and I have been seeing it for more than a year... There are to many people that like to get other's merit. Sorry for that anyways... Once again, good job.

(Btw... My name is Masiah... :hohum:)

Umm...

First; I'm new here
Second:
Okay, i tried really hard to get the model to submerge, but no ability is close enough to work. Can someone give me a working file that uses the sub correctly, i need it in my new map.

kk, here it is
Make an ability based off of Bear Form, its a nightelf ability, i'm using it in this expamble, Make a unit i dont really care, as long as it floats, Call it Submarine
And add editor suffix (Submerged) Now, go up to Art-Animation tags and type in Alternate Now, have your submarine unit ready and Go to your Bear form, go to Data- unit alternate pick ur submerged submarine, then pick Data- unit normal (or somthing like that) and pick your unsubmerged submarine. and remove all the techtree requirements. There, you have it!

P.S make sure the submerged submarine is the same orelse it will be wierd in game Example Unsubmerged submarine has 1000 hp while submerged one has 200, thats a big diff there...

Hope this helps!

Note: old style warcraft submarine effect can be made with permanent invisibility.
