That's the funniest model I've seen in a while xD. It doesn't fit with the lore very well, but hey, if anyone's feeling inspired. The glasses were quite the cherry on top of the cake.

Well actually I think that it and the glasses are awesome, but they kinda dont fit with the rest of your race.

Maybe make some sort of that eye windshield like Na'vi used in Avatar?

I really like that model, but I think you should give hime something else than a hawk as a mount. It looses a bit of its uniqueness and creativity due to this.

That may be true, but I have been planning on this unit riding a hawk for a very long time and as such have gameplay/story events based around it in my gnoll campaign. So, I will not be changing the mount just for a little bit more uniqueness.

God, just what I needed! Your gnoll models are amazing and without them, my map wouldn't be much.

They are advancing in tech! One day they may replace their cousins the Worgen as an Alliance race.

The Glasses really give the gnoll the flying touch. But, it could use a little more armor though. Add some plates on the hawk like the Gnoll Outrunner.

Ill give it a 4/5.

A hawk that can carry a gnoll is far-fetched as-is. additional armor will brake the suspension of disbelief of him being able to fly.

The glasses however, are pure awesomesauce.


The thing that DO bug me in this model is the axe. gnolls don't really like axes as weapons of war. (admiring that the bow one is worse. they prefer crossbows for ranged capability because their paws have trouble with the delicate handling of bows.)

I suggest making the weapon a bit more crude. (axes require spinning throw. and its hard to do with paws.)
Possible choices are: spears, rocks, flasks (with acid or something?), crossbow (them gnolls love crossbows.)

the only reason that blizzard didn't make the gnoll poachers and assassins use bows instead is because they didn't want fifty thousand units using the same exact weapons. Plus gnolls have opposable thumbs just like me and you (well hopefully you have thumbs...)

Also if you could make that gnoll throw dynamite as a Projectile I would give you reputation and add you on my profile and signature :O

I easily could do that but I won't upload it to the model section, I'll just put it in my Pastebin and notify you when its done.

Hi there, love your Gnoll race! For some reason though, this Warhawk and the Gnoll Alpha don't work and shows up as green/black boxes. I followed instructions and the Gnoll Runt works except these two. I think it may be the GnollShared.blp file? I edited it already and deleted/re-imported but still to no avail. Any idea why? Thank you so much!
