Your right.
The swordsman arsenal of the undead is very skeletal-heavy.
I think the idea is really good, and the unit actually looks nice. Just three things:
1. It's something very dark. (So ... the Black Knight would be jealous at the sight. ^^)
2. What are the two pieces of cloth behind the unit? Since these are rigid, they look a bit strange when the unit moves.
3. This point is completely personal so, I'm just a bit picky. It is not meant as a critic, more of a train of thought:
Due to his weapon (a mega mace) and the winged helmet, he looks more like a Deathguard-Executor (also an elite unit) and not a "Frontline-Deathguard".

This 1 is really interesting.
Will work perfect with Sylvanas campaign. Thank you!
Any Icon that would work well with this?
Also regarding these cloth remains can you add some animations to them? They feel very strange because they remain still.
You can use Uthers animations becuase he has similar cloths on his shoulders :D

Also can the shield be repositioned a bit? It goes directly in his hand which is not realy visible only if you look very close
