Simple, yet useful.
Works in-game. Approved!

Here's a list of thoughts:
  • Never use any interpolations for Visibility modifier, just leave it as "None".
  • Also in the light emitter, Sanity Check suggests that you should keep Attenuation Start minimum at 80.
  • I suggest the large glow particles to have XY Quad checked to avoid clipping with the ground.
  • The ring effect is somehow not visible in my game. Could you enhance the emission rate?
  • Remove the unused Material.
