You need a bit of variety in life.
Even in the Fel Horde. No. Joking aside:
To switch off my brain a bit and to think about something other than work, I just sat down here and simply converted the discarded concept drawings from Blizzard into models for Reforged.
Easy job, but fun.
I hope you like them.
The names of the models are not set in stone, I just called them that because they suited me so.
That definitely goes for half of the bundle ... ^^
Update, 09. August:
I made small changes to the models (no visually visible)
I redesigned the Shattered Hand-Grunt visually, I like it better now.
And I've added the last two clans to the Fel Horde: The Laughin Skull Clan and the Dragonmaw Clan.
(All credits for the idea with the mask at the Laughing Skull go to Bagysta.
I only took it over to fake a kind of continuity and added some small details. ^^)
Update, August 10th:
The bug with the decay animation of the Shadowmoon Grunt has been fixed.

Small optical changes made to the Shadowmoon Grunt.

As I tested, there is a way to turn them green skinned if you really want them green...If you use the Green Chaos Grunt Skin they will become green. Witch will make for a cool orc vs orc civil war.

A nice assembly of clan-specific fel orcs.
Next to eachother they look slightly similar (perhaps a fel crystal on Shadowmoon grunt would make him stick out). But it's not a real critique, since you put time giving them unique details. It's up to you to add more if you deem it necessary.
Textures and geosets are nicely done, plus the models are more or less lightweight all considered.
Technically there are very minor issues, like a left pauldron slipping for 1 animation of the Shadowmoon grunt as well as his right pauldron blinking for a split second in decay anim.

amazing design in all but I feel the shadowmoon grunt feels more like a dragonmaw or some more agressive hunting clan such as thunderlord or maybe frostwolves if they ever drank demon blood (due to the heavy plating and animal skul on the shoulder).

The design is not designed in such a way that it fits 100% to the Shadowmoon Clan (it's one of the scrapped concepts for the Felorc Grunt)
Take him as a Thunderlord, it's not a problem.
Not like the Shattered Hand or the Laughing Skull, they have a much too specific look and can't be used for more.
I orientated myself to the clans occurring in WoW: TBC, which names I use, and by then the Thunderlord Clan was unfortunately wiped out.
For me, the design only matched the Shadowmoons (by process of exclusion). So I thought for myself, since the Shadowmoons are a warlock clan, they might not have that many grunts, but these which they have are much more elitist than those in other clans.
(And decorating the armor with things that have tried to kill you is not only done by the great hunter clans. ^^)

Well I believe if you make them green version if you want to keep them corrupted but with different results (similar to how in WOD they were more black/green then red) it's good
But also a nice addition will be to remove the spikes and give them normal eyes so they look like they are not corrupted and can be part of thrall's horde
