bah, the whole skin looks like a colorful blob.
change that and add more details so we can actually see something that doesn't look like impresionist's painting.
EDIT, and have you checked those teeth on a speakin' portrait?
EDIT2, recolor that weird colored eyebrow to fit better.

In description he tells thats its his third skin. Not third XD Anyway i must agree its too blurry. Fix it and make it more detailed and then it would be really nice
