Change the blue and make the green spikes abit more darker and it would be better.

This skin is totally recolor with around a 50% opacity brush from what I can tell, and is a bad, horrible, atrocious re-color job at that. The color choice is just as bad. If you get serious about creating a skin you that you want to get approved I would advise checking out the tutorials and post the progress of your skin in the 2D art forums.

Agreed.
Make the purple areas more darker or something, i like how you changed the poison tips, however, now it looks abit bad because it looks like they would be gems instead of somesort of claws.
