Shadow Fiend, Nevermore

Hero Introduction
"A demon of the burning legion so abhorred that he makes the skin of even his fellow demons crawl, Nevermore is a creature of the shadows that consumes the souls of those around him. When the Shadow Fiend comes forth to battle, he augments his power with the souls he has consumed, bearing down on his enemies with spiritually enhanced attacks and powerful spiritual blasts. It looks good, but somewhat grainy\pixelated. Also, I think it would be awesome if you put more armor over him(on his hands for example) like the chest has, and make the armor more bright and shiny. Right now it's way too dark, it will appear as a green blob in-game.

Did you make a suggestion to use that skin in the DotA forums, by the way?

Haven't yet. I want this finish the problem first. Then I will go their forums post a suggestion.

Icefrog just changed the collor of slardar/lion/nevermore he didn't use any skins for that afaik.

You can do that also in the WE by changing the opacity of RGB for a unit.

That's what I meant. In Magos, you can add a colour layer, too.
If he did it in WE, there's no way WE can change that without changing the map itself. XD
 
Hmm..about the green one. Green one file-size usage is too much for map. about 400kb++ (With Skin). That too much.
I took my time to optimize the mdx files as much as I could by linaerizing the animations through mdlvis.
I also added a portrait camera on the main model in case the filesize is not good enough, thus it's possible to omitt the portrait model.
Though people can use MDX Squisher if they want to compress the models further.

Note: They still use the ZL_DotA_ShadowFiend.blp path.

Is it even possible to use in-game? I think the black color of Nevermore in DotA is a trigger, hence model texture cannot be change. Please help, I want to use this.

the black color of the firelord is not a trigger, just tint the firelord back to 255 in RGB then import this skin
