This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
This map allows you to create your own hero. No, dont think that i didnt know about custom hero arena ect. Primary name of this map is "Custom hero arena Annihilation OX", but ichanged name.
Game process
You choosing your hero's race "credits to kitabake with his RPG Hero models
", then player choosing hero's class (Warrior, Mage or Rogue; depending on abilities) and main characteristicks (Agility, Streight and Intelligence). Then player customizing hero's model with weapon, armor and helm models. Then hero choosing abilities (There is 2 ability shop for each class and universal summon-skills), after it hero choosing ultimates.
Stuff
- Extra many weapon, armor and shield models
- Many creeps in creep camps are ready to help you (for money, of course)
- NO DEFAULT CREEPS
- Absolutely new world (not Azeroth), whose i planning to use in my latest maps
- Interesting storyline: you will find/buy books, journals ect. whose will tell you a peace of main story
- 4 minibosses and six (!) powerful bosses
- Three ways to victory: gain 100 kills first, destroy enemy base's main building or destroy final boss (all wins). Bosses can be destroyed even in singleplayer, but IT IS TOO HARD!!
- Many CUSTOM items and skills
- Range system: if hero pick sword - hi hitting with attack animation, if hero pick bow - he hitting with ranged animation and hurting enemies from rear
- New history journalls and storybooks will be added with new versions
WARNING!
This map is hightly recommended to play in Garena. People in battle.net, who play dota earlier, MAY disconnect!

Review:
Rating: 3/5, there are lots of minor things to fix, but in general is a good map
[-] Few Custom Spells: For a hero arena this map has to few custom spells, add more.
[-] Low Mana: I don't know if there are more like this one, but when i hired a mercenary to help me his mana was smaller than what he needs to cast his spells.
[+-] Few Itens Models: Add more equipment.
[+-] Terrain: The terrain wasn't so bad, but still not good, some places you just used the wrong tile for the cliffs, like were the "Firelord" boss is, you should use a rocky tile, not a masonry wall.
[+] Customizable Heroes: I know that this isn't the only hero arena with customizable heroes, but only by being successful creating a map with this features you own a big congratulations!

I was using a bow with the rogue. It was the bone bow and the first skill I picked.

-this map contains lots...and i mean LOTS of bugs
-some items dont work
-some skills dissappear(i took frostnova,entangling roots,summoning wolves, and flame strike as an ulti....flamestrike disappeared and entangling roots were only at lvl 6 avaiable)
-also some standard skills dont even work after some lvls(frostnova becomes melee at lvl 5 and does only 100 dmg...wtf ....and attribute bonus only works at lvl 1)
-the shops are waaaaaay to far away from each other....you really have to travel >_>
EDIT: i forgot to mention...increase the range of sight ffs! u always run into creeps because of that small sight

None of the recipes I tried work. Dragon Armlet, Chameleon Cloak and the crowns wont fuse.
Also attribute bonus doesnt work above level 1, poison sting doesnt work with a ranged rogue and the paths in the mainbase are insane , Id make it half the size at max.
However I really love that hero equipment system ! Thats definetly a nice one and when the map is bugfree il host it often.

1) Kill all minibosses
2) Kill Morbo, take book,
3) go to lab, kill Kazzan, find hidden room with another book
4) Kill grey prince and soul keeper
5) Go to portal
6) Take recipe in 5 second (after that you will die)

2) No it isn't, i was playing with an Undead hero, i hired a mercenary (The one who uses the undead Shadow model, don't remember the name), and his spells cost more mana than he could have.
3) Yes 50 is few, the Hive have a lot of weapons and armor models (most from Kitabatake) that you can use, not talking about helmets and armor, but shields and weapons... there is a lot of more you can use.

5)no its just fucking annoying if you want to buy a mercenary.
the base is just way too big.make a better use of this space
i remember that i fused a tzar crown(silver+sapphire) and that item didnt do anything -.-(as i could read it was supposed to speed up u and your units but nothing changed)

Your map has only a bit more than 2 mb of weight, and simple models like weapons don't make great diferences in the file size, and also you can use the optimizer to decrease the file size if it become too big.

Hahah, omg so much bugs and stuff. I'M SO HAPPY. Seriously I love when people comment my map, makes it so much easier to edit. I need to fix a new version for another of my maps (custom hero arena defense) will take two days then I'm 100% on DoF.
Btw. avatar you forgot that i made 50% of the models =).
