I think you should make it a little bit more unique and less like Sylvanas. For example, alter her animations just a bit, add in a second crossbow, give her a scarf and add some yellow glow on her eyes, alter her cape a bit, add some small details all around her like bolts attached to her thigh and daggers and what not.

The model is just a simple edit. The skin is what makes it shine, which you did not make. So improve on the model, make it more authentic like Dionesiist said.

New Shoulder Pads
Bracers
Main CrossBow
New Hair
Knives inside the footwear
Eye Animations
Necklace

I just noticed the model is missing a portrait. You should really add one.

Also, consider using Kael's animations, he has some sweet attack animations that will fit perfectly.

I don't know if you have made another attack anaimation but the attack animation 2 just looks silly

I don't really like the run animation, just think it looks a little silly. On the blood mage it looks okay because he's running with that large robe on him, but that's my opinion anyway. Other than that this is excellent. Really love the shoulder armor esspecially. 5/5

I really think you should transfer the death and walk animations of Sylvanas back, but just those two. Also, you should use WarForger or WarShape to edit the animations a bit so there's at least some kinda knockback in the attack animations. Oh, and your object events are fucked up and you should remove the geoset animation as it is useless.

i regioniced that on one attack animation the glow disappers. i think it's the attack animation that looks like the bloodmage attack (looks like he is firing a pistol)
