Well his head is too big,the torso is HUGE and he should have a neck.

For some reason this model reminds me that dark trolls are the tallest of all trolls and are known or their subterranian and night lifestyle.

His stature looks odd, but it's definitely quite useful.

It's true he kinda looks alittle like a orc... but only on the chest...
Make him alittle bit more "weaker" or "smaller" and he'll be more troll.
I surley enyoy trolls and this is a great model !
EDIT: Btw... i can't see why he has to be wearing shoes !

the amani are very bulky too if you compare their models in WoW to normal dwarves

dude, trolls are slim and tall, they are nearly as tall as a tuaren to lore scale :/
I think you should just get a troll model, the slim ones and swap their vertex nodes/ids over so they have peon anims, or try an anim transfer using a real troll model to a peons anims.

atm it looks very deformed for a troll, the key about geomerging is to make it NOT look like what it was originally based from :/

actually, only jungle trolls are slim, the others are very bulky.

those are all pre-bc models, aka before the one i linked you was made, they only had one troll model

they've changed it now

also, do you mean WoW, not wc3 ?

Go look through all the troll tribes and you will see that isnt the case. like i said. make it to wc3 proportions if you want to to be a troll :/
