have you noticed, that globally every lines you made are very very blurry? thats exactly something you must avoid. learn to make a strong whole, or even better, determinate what is it.

And your method of Fill-w-black & made quick grey lines isn't very good, take your time to do your skin proprely with an extended palette. beceause as it is now, it's not good at all.

open up a random blizzard skin and you will see its far from being blury anywhere, everything is definated and strongly put together, when its blurry it seems weakly done, and it's not definated at all. your skin lacks of defination, and of good colors. your palette is poor, basicly you used 1-2 main colors with then some red. his boots are not definated, there is slight shades of red but its still hard to be visible. it looks like too much of a simple red shoes, make parts breaks apart by using darker tones.

its blurry, nothing have a blurry shading, dont try to get over it, it's bad, it sucks, it's blurried out, if you open up a blizz skin its far from being blurried, that's how you maximize the definition, details and beauty.
