Crusader Helm

This is a crusader helm like the one used in the Emote/ SHOCK Crusades. Its meant to be a sequal to my other helmets. I'm open for suggestions on other types of helmets that i can make for you.

I hope you enjoy this helmet.

If you want to use this in your map. Please give me credit.

If you want to edit this model, send me a pm of what you want to do with it and how you will edit it.

EDIT: The pic to the left is the portrait, which is meant to fit on units with bigger heads and the one to the right is the newer one. Which fits specificly for the villager.

wit' pro skillz XD i dont know, most of filesize comes from animation, considering all my attachments aren't animated, that contributes to fs decrease And, is that a compliment? or a Shock /Shock statement?

Hmm, maybe also 1 geoset, 1 material, and 1 texture, 1 animation helps with filesize XD

I'll see how small i can get it before his head pokes out of it.

Both.

K. Though, don't make it to small. It might be small enough to fit on a villager comfortably, but far to small for say Grom. Perhapes upload both, one as normal and one as a "portrait". It'll just double the file size, and people will have two options.

I've made another one thats so small i had to make a little overhang in the back so his hair doesn't stick out of the back of the helm. As you know. the villager has a strange head so its hard to make good fitting cylindrical shapes to fit his head.

Do you want me to upload the villager fitting one?

I'd say both in one DL. The two mainly used RPG models are the Villager with about 40 animations, and the set of RPG model tenebrae made a while back. The RPG set all have large heads, while the villager is well, a villager.

Very useful, but it's too big. Literally, as in you should scale it down slightly... Villagers don't have such abnormally large heads, you know.

Edit: ^ Judging from the screenshot.

Crusaders and Templar Knights are pretty much the same thing, you know.

Crusaders and Knight's Templars have nothing in common.

The Free-Masons is a order of the Knight's Templars.. and thats a huge organization today.. and they dont go around town to town crusading in and calling it their own..

LOL

someone has been watching too much national treasure.

and they probably dont go around crusading cause king philip IV ordered
them to be tortured and killed.

-=edit=- i'll quote from wikipedia :)
Knights Templar is an international philanthropic Masonic order affiliated with Freemasonry. In some countries it forms part of the York Rite, while in others it is a separate order on its own. In the mid 1700s the Freemasons began to incorporate symbols and traditions of the medieval Knights Templar. The original medieval Order of Knights Templar was established after the First Crusade, and existed from approximately 1118 to 1312. There is no known historical evidence to link the medieval Knights Templar and Masonic Templarism, nor do the Masonic Knights Templar organizations claim any such direct link to the original medieval Templar organization.[

Mhmm.. I was sleepy and didn't go into the details.

My grandfather is a freemason and was a Knights Templar.
I am in a order called Demolay named after a member of the templar who sacrificed himself instead of saying where his fellow brothers were - to be tortured.
You have to be 18 years old to join the Masons but if your younger you can join Demolay which is similiar, but for people who arent 18 obviously.

That couldn't be more wrong. Can't say I blame you, myself used to think like that but I finally learnt.

Anyway, you said: "I'm open for suggestions on other types of helmets that i can make for you."
What about a Kettle Helmet? https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/564x/53/af/51/53af5130b34be50abdf43dfd44375281.jpg This could benefit the hive enormous, as it's one of the most famous and used helmet trough out the Middle Ages (even making it to World War I and II as the Brodie Helmet)
There's not much to add to the model, It's just Great (helm). Very useful maybe consider making another one, like the first "Crusader" helmet http://www.medievalcollectibles.com/images/PRODUCT/large/MCI-2452-1_3_.png
Please keep up making helmets they are very useful.
