Command Center

This bundle is marked as lacking. It fails to meet the standard requirements and may only have minor use.
A command center in a more industrial, mechanical style. It's a bit of a blend between an office and a command center (wow, did not see that coming). Can be upgraded to have a radar tower.


I know the texture is not the best, but it fits what I had in mind for this model. I have more models in this style, that may be uploaded one day. As usual, credit me when you use it in your map(s) and please ask for permission if you want to reupload edited versions of this model.

Other than that, have fun with it!

Please make the concrete base disappear at the end of the decay animation.
Judging from the hive viewer, so some of these things might be incorrect:

Quite an interesting design of the structure itself. However, the difference in resolution between the grass and the base is quite jarring. Since the grass is at the exact same height as the ground, you also get flickering. Also, the smoke is too black and disappears too suddenly - try setting the "alpha" value in the last segment to 0, and also maybe make the color transition into a more greyish look, that would make it seem more like it's thinning out. Also try setting the variation value to something non-zero, like 0.2, that would add some random speed to some of the particles.

Thanks for your feedback. The Hive viewer does not really comply with how it looks in magos, it seems. I updated the model and tried making the smoke a bit greyer as it thins out. It will stay a thick black colour for the most part, since I wanted to go with a heavy-industry feel. So far the flickering did not occur in game. As for the ground texture, I am open to suggestions for dark-coloured ones that can be used for modern buildings.

can you make the circular building part of the structure as a first or second upgrade so that it can act as a re-placer for the main structure for any race that any of us will use in our maps?
