not only is the ranger unanimated, but is also rigged wrong, making it do some pretty funky stuff on chimaera's back in various anims, also it does not disappear when chimaera dies. cool idea, but i'll have to reject it..

here's one thing you could try, if you want to combine the archer anims from hippogryph rider and chimaera's, i suggest a lill thing called 'matrix eater' it has a neat 'merge models' option, but it kinda has plenty trial and error to get used to so you know what you're doing feel free to search, it has a thread here, but i can't remember which, google finds it easy
