Bwonsamdi

This bundle is marked as lacking. It fails to meet the standard requirements and may only have minor use.
After watch a few cinematics I get excited to create this model for WC3.
I used Shadow Hunter animations but I'm sure that someone more skillfull in animations can upgrade the model and give it a lot of complex new animations. Add particles of the spirits arround the Necropolis on the model should be a plus too. I don't know how to do it yet. I can update the model once I have learend this skill, however if you can do it if you know how. Just let me know to fix the credits of the model.

The hair and spectral pants for example should move like the banshee model and the death animation should be a dark skull like lich death animation I guess. However I don't know how to do it. If you can Improve it we can share credit for this model. However it's playable right now and could be used for cinematics without problem I guess... anyway enjoy it!

Up: Increased Tusk, custom Scepter, added eyes Glown. Tested bones in arms and legs but looks no more like WC3 style so I keep it this way.

Please find a way too add proper team colour to the model. Also, add proper portrait or proper portrait animations with TC plane to the model.
well you started nicely.. Ouo let's see the easy thing that could work. you can make the skulls 'hang down' somewhat by making two bones, attaching them to.. whichever bone carries that wooden rack, and then attaching the cord and skull to those bones, while making the bones be bill-boarded on the Z axis only.. i think

of course, you gotta manipulate the position of the bones so they're at the start/top of that cord thing that holds the skulls

the rest of what you wanted is also doable, but it requires a lot more custom stuff, even if its simplified

This model looks good and it is good to see a model of the Loa of Death.

To make this realistic however, you have to make some minor changes in the model, such as:
-Increase the size of the teeth.
-Make his skirt (?) red
-Improve his staff and make it go to the right hand.
-Add a glow to the eyes
-Put bone attachments on the arms and legs
-Maybe remove some animations that don't fit him and add new ones
