Approved as substandard resource (screenshot icon)

@PeeKay What?! Why substandard? This icon is perfectly edited and very useful, actually, this is the first good-looking icon made from a screenshot that I see on this site. Great job @Footman16 , would you agree to do a tutorial on how you got this result please?

Well, there are submission rules, that says that the icons made from screenshot without freehand editing are going to substandard section. Yes, this one icon is really nice, but it is nice cause there is a nice screenshot behind.

Tbf the icon is incredibly simple and (whilst there are other Classic screenshot icons that are approved that as far as I can see lack free-hand and there seems to be a weird reforged prejudice) I'm really not that bothered, this icon is more needed for anyone that wishes to use the War Wagon model in the editor in Reforged to which purpose it is readily available.

The process I use is relatively simple so I suppose I could; maybe I will. I need to make a red version of this so if I remember I'll save the Screenshots of my process and make a tutorial out of it
