Err huh! WTF's that supposed to be? A ward? What sort of ward?? Please explain.
Anyway the 'ward' is not too well defined against the background. The boundaries between the blue and green/orange? portions are too clear.
Its hard to find a use for an icon this vague, but if you can, well I don't mind...
