the point looks more like a feather than a spear since it looks curved. sorry just my point of view.

To be honest, it looks like this could be the first attack upgrade, the iron second and the crystal third.

Lovely! Altough, I kinda agree with debode. Maybe if you removed the background, or at least made it very weak, then this upgarde would look like the level 1 upgrade.
