Could use more shading, but heck - this is sexy as hell already.

Darkened the whole icon, defined the edge of the blade with more glow and changed the lightning.

I think the BTN is still the old icon. Or maybe my eyes are just playing tricks on me.
&
I am, by no means an expert; but it seems to me as if the lightning coming from the ball in the center could have more randomness to it. It seems now to go in a saw-blade like pattern, I don't know if that was intentional or not, but lightning is random. Perhaps move it around a little? Create some more jaggedness to increase the effect as well!
These are minor changes though, and not really necessary. Just my thoughts!
Without these changes, I see fit that the icon deserves a 4/5. I like it

Sometimes the hive workshop dont show the updated icon. its a little bug that happens sometimes

Man, I don't know what it is, but this really captures the look & feel of Blizzard icons (which has always been difficult for me to find, and for people to capture). If you could consistently create like this, I could really find a place for you. : )
