Could you center the dots a bit more, and fix the 'ray' (The part there is not a circkle) It looks a bit akward right now.

I think the bubble needs to be more defined. Maybe have it have a thick black 'stroke' effect and have the background be a different color.

Someone sshould actually edit the silence buff to look like this. Three dots is better than a "!"

If i would use this i would use it as a silence, but it's too cartoony to fit in any of my map ideas.
