The composition is a bit off since helmet with all it's heavy detailing is leaning too far to right, leaving the left side empty. There's a bit of a mess with light source like the chunk of light on the distant horn stands out specifically since I can't quite tell where the light on it would be coming from, and it's quite a sharp "cut" shape.
There's also a issue with this straight-cut square shape of the highlighted area, drawing a lot of the viewers attention away from the rest of the icon:

Impressive shading on the metal though, and a creative design as always! Keep up the good work.

Ah sorry, I updated my post about same time you posted yours, I edit my posts after posting them too much haha, didn't expect such a quick reply.

I think you're overdoing it to the left now, need to find the right balance.

Rim light is fine and looks good, the highlight I was referring to is this chunk here:
