enjoy: Looks great.

looks brilliant, but background ruins it.

i don't see an amulet but i do see a "gear" that would be sweet for an upgraed to the steam engine or something like that
i could agree on talisman or badge.

Looks pretty cool, but because of the background I can't tell wtf it is. Still, in-game nobody has the time to look at icons and figure out what they actually look like, so long as they know what they are, can recognize them on sight, and think they look awesome.

For the longest time I thought the evasion icon was a dragon until I actually looked at the icon instead of glancing at it before choosing its ability.

Anyway, 3/5. Try a different background so that we can actually identify the amulet, though.

Yes, freehand. Basically uses random images of steampunk things from google as references

Ah, that's great. Congratulations then.

Personally, I do prefer the current version, because it looks more interactive, as if it were placed within a maelstrom of time - it is placed within a scenario. It works pretty well that way.
It may not be a "pendant" per se (if you're aiming solely for the most primitive connotation here), but that term can indicate much more.

It's easier to identify now. 4/5.
