Hmm.. remove yellow lighting eyes, do a bit more shading and do something with white parts in shape(Because of it, it looks like cutted form some image) and it will be perfect! ^^

i agreed - you could make them red or yellow but the glow cinda ruin the icon

i wanna make it shiny... (urghh, hard to explain) can some 1 remake or edit this icon for me... =.=....

Uh and this needs some more work, less blurry, more visible details, background, proper shadings. And what happened to his eyes?

Stronger shading, highlights on the gold bag, also fix the "shine" on the eyes it looks wierd, instead of bring star-like shines make them circles that have a little shine at the end.

Make the eyeshine smaller, or actually you could delete it, and make something like a small spherical eye glow. Maybe add some background. Stronger shading. And just as Lore-wolf said before. It looks like it was cut from some picture.

I did something in a couple of minutes, this is just an example. So:

Well, I didn't change a lot since I don't have much time on my hand. The right one's the eyeglow i was thinking of, the middle one's basically the thing you did, but a bit more realistic. The left one's yours. I think it can be way better than what i did here, or what you did (couldn't do it better since the pic was saved as JPG).

I love creating the sketch with an actual pen and then scanning it to my computer =) From there on, i use mouse to finish the touch.

Um, 1 thing. Well, you should now edit and remove the white "dots/outlines" at the edges of the stealer...
