Kimbo: Not bad! Could use less smudge though as it makes it looks very oily and messy. But apart from that, its a great idea and looks decent. Approved

I would guess the lightning effect within the eyeball.

as you see, there is something like hurricane in the eye, and lightnings are affecting the eye and those green colors are showing that the eye is boiling!

Seriously though, the eyelashes and the outline of the eye isn't really attractive imo.
It looks good in the Upgrade and the Attribute icon though. So a 4/5 from me.

This icon can be replaced with the "Magic Sentry" original icon.
Btw, looks great. I give *something above 3/5.
