Made on gimp/photoshop freehand. Really just a recolor of one of my other icons. My icon border pack I have got screwed up so now I'm using borders I got of some random site so they might not be accurate.

Not complete no-shading, there's a little, shade it a bit more. Anyway I give it a 4, it is a really nice shield. I seen all your other ones at Phoenix-Trial and I like them. Keep goin' on

ya shading is something i need to work on. Im still trying to find a good tool for realisitic shading, airbrush, opaque brush AGHHHHH!!! Oh and the cartoonyness is kinda accidental. It happened when I recolored it but then I kinda liked it so...whatever.
