You should cut down on the glow a bit Don't really fit imo

Well, the glow is to outline the pipe (because the handle is black). It looks not too good because it's a default photoshop "outer glow", maybe I will make a handmade glow a bit later.

Also about the color of the head: this is the color of pipe I have at home, I can easily change the hue to anything because it's on a separate layer in my photoshop file.

The head should be more greyish Brownish

Now when I look at it from your point of view, I agree that it could look better. I think I will redo it when I finish my dwarf http://i41.tinypic.com/30lj8lf.png
