Work harder on this, make the lines of the panther smoother, make his mouth stand out more with some teeth or something, I have a feeling you just put a panther picture, made it all black and made some blue lines coming out of him. The background is all black, make it a bit colorful except from the blue stuff.

I don't know, something seems wrong with its pose.
And doesn't seem to be in motion, looks pretty static. Add some effects(i mean made ​​from scratch, not filter effects and such) to suggest movement.
It's not easy to draw a "cat" in motion and be drawn anatomically correct too. ;)
