make more deep wood texture - and enlarge color range of the wood ! ^) I see spikes tha I suggested before it's good, make the logo more 3d, also it can be more interesting if it has the arrows that were shooted into the shield from the left-down-corner/ and the bg color is too dark mb paste into it some light spots or more texture of stone is suppose?

Not bad at all but I would lose the blood...it's very hard to see the shield

I think blood look nice on that shield))

You could make it more clear but the base concept is great...good looking though.
