a little spear i tried to make in a long time but i did never finish it but a little work of the day made it.

I Would suggest maybe making the spear point a bit longer. It looks like a good icon, and would be good for a poisonos spear. Good Job

Shading is kinda weird,so is the shape,you might want to make the wood bigger of the spear tip smaller.

The shading looks rather good to me, but as mentioned by others, it is too thick, and has a closer resemblence to a Pit Lord's Glaive than to a spear. Also, I'd say the green gems, golden rings and somewhat red-ish handle makes it look rather Blood Elven. That isn't necessarily a bad thing though.

Ketsuno is right, you all talked about the name, wether implicitly or explicitly - just know that it's annoying to post an icon only to see people nagging about a name that doesn't matter.
