Feedback please :) and credit me if you use this in your map, thanks.

Updated:

-Decided that the whole "poison in rocks"-idea really didnt was that great (after your comments), and made this out of the previous icon instead, hope you will like it better now. (i do at least :) )
-Changing and doing things maked the icon turned out like this, renamed it to naturespears.
(If i just should upload a new icon for this please correct me.)
-Lowered the light glow and tried to make the edge sharper and more defined.
-Removed the twirl on the edge and darkened the background and lowered the glow behind the edge/blade.
-lightened the background behind the edge/blade and added more shadows in order to define the blade more.

The stones look bad, too sharp and similar, and the angle isn't the best for a spell or an item.

[EDIT] Also, I don't like those smoke puffs, and the idea of greasing rocks with poison makes no sense to me...
Anyways, I would give this 3/5 until some changes I like.

First i would remove all the little decorations in the background that make it seem messy. Second i would, start from a new approach/ or angle of the spear. This is an example of a good angle and some good poison effects added towards the spear/arrow. If you want 2 spears instead of just one, then make 2 side by side or away from each-other, whichever works best. Third i would, remove the twirl effect you have on the spears head and add either drips of poison, or as in the link i gave you above, you could add a "splash" of poison everywhere around the spears area.

Just some suggestions. -Army.

I like it, although, the background kinda draws your eye away from the spear in it.

Yeah, well, i smudged some of the part of the blade/edge when i began on the icon (can't remember why, was stupid) so when i try to do some more shadows/highlights to the edges of the spear, it just gets even less defined, so was having a hard time to define it.
And therefore i had to lighten up the bg so the spear was more defined.
