Hawkwing: The inner parts of the ball should be really bright. It will help it appear more powerful and destructive, right now it looks no more dangerous than a bubble.

Edit: Borders are wrong and it still looks bad due to previously stated reasons.

First! the disbtn should be darkned out a lot to look like it's disabled
Second! not really inventive, have you thought of sharp ice cristals that are like needles or something? like this it looks like something that is just painted over 8( as for the curent, it needs shadows and highlights.

Cursing?? OO i never did that 8( it is just some constructive criticism 8) Anyway, you really need to think about making it like sharp, thin crystals and maybe leave that as a background ghosting efect. =3

I know you didn't curse. I was just saying that if you did I would just be in a bad mood. Though, I don't normally do much when I'm in a bad mood, I just ask you to not do it next time.

Well if yes then 1 color is not enough... If it's ice you should've used some more Effects, not just the Drawing...

Or you should draw, like, 500x500 picture then resize it (but this picture should be good).
